This product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship subject to this limitations, exclusions and conditions that follow. This warranty is in effect to the original consumer purchaser for 1 (one) year from the date of purchase as shown on the purchaser's receipt. Manufacturer must be notified of any defect in the unit and an authorized representative will be dispatched to inspect the unit. The manufacturer will at it's option repair or provide a new unit to replace the defective one. Installation or shipping charges are not covered under this warranty.

This warranty does not apply to installation workmanship, modifications or damages caused by improper use accident, maintenance, storage or failure to follow installation instructions.

Except as require by law, the manufacturer is not liable for any injuries or damages, incidental or consequences that may occur from use of this product. Some states do not allow exclusion of incidental damages. This warranty gives you specific rights and you may have other rights which may vary from state to state.
