International Shipping:

  • All Duties and Tariffs will be paid by customer.

  • Your information is used only to fill your order. WE DO NOT SPAM.

Custom/Special Order Policy:

  • Custom/Special ordered products are cannot be returned.
  • This includes special or unique door and window sizes, and precut skirting.

Return Policy:

  • Buyer must contact Ashvillemobilehomes.com prior to any return.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
  • We do not accept returns on custom/special orders.
  • Any use or attempted installation makes the merchandise yours. We can not take back used products of any sort.
  • Shipping costs or Return shipping cost will not be refunded.

Refund Policy:

  • Any customer seeking a refund must return the products to Ashvillemobilehomes.com for inspection first.
  • Products must be returned unused, and preferrably in their original packaging.
  • Shipping cost can not be refuned.
  • The customer must contact Ashvillemobilehomes.com prior to any return.
  • All refunds will be processed within 1 week via the customer original pay method unless the customer request another method.

Freight Damage/Shortage Merchandise Policy:

  • All freight shipments must be inspected upon delivery.
  • Damage or Shortages must be noted and written on the delivery receipt.
    We cannot process returns/refunds unless the damage/shortage is noted.
  • We ask that customers refuse damaged ground shipments upon delivery.
  • If a package is willing accepted with damage/shortages, Ashvillemobilehomes.com can not be responsible to repair or ship replacements.

Limited Liablity in case of Damage:

  • Ashvillemobilehomes.com is responsible to only replace the damaged merchandise as described by our "Damaged Merchandise Policy".
  • Ashvillemobilehomes can only reship via the same service/method as the original shipment.
  • Example: If your order was damaged by Fedex and was shipped via standard Fedex Ground, it can only be reshipped by Fedex Ground.
  • We are not liable for misc. damages because the order was damaged(loss of rent, pay for hired help). We did not physically damage the order, the shipping company did. We are not liable for their inadequacy.
  • It is the customers responsiblity to excercise common sense. Do not hire the work done until you have the product, etc.

Reconsigneement/Redelivery Policy:

  • Ashvillemobilehomes.com is not responsible for re-consigneement charges or re-delivery charges incurred by the customer.
  • It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping address when they place an order.
  • If the customer's has a time constraint or stipulation regarding delivery time, they must alert Ashvillemobilehomes.com at the time of order.
